Ring with arrow, through letter U

I have a gold (I think) pinky or child's ring with a hallmark of a left pointing arrow running through the letter U. To the right of that is a letter C in a circle which appears to have a right pointing arrow on it. Attached is a photo including a drawing of the hallmark. Can you tell me what this hallmark is?
