Russian Hallmarks on Red Gold Rings

I received 2 golden (red-golden) Russian rings and was wondering what the meaning is of the hallmarks. If I am correct the number 583 refers to 14K. Furthermore the Russian star and hammer are recognizable. My question is what is the meaning of the rest?
