That’s Prima Designs, a Canadian company known for silver and fashion jewelry. Very common in the 1990s-2000s.
The V over M in a circle is the "Prima" logo. Think "VM" inside a circle.
Prima used a lot of .925 sterling silver, but also silver-plated and alpaca silver. Check for "925" or "Sterling" near the logo. If it's not there, it’s likely silver-plated.
The value is mostly in the sentimental/fashion value. Around $15-$60 CAD (2026) depending on size and if it’s sterling.
