three gold hallmarks one looks chinese

I have a gold filigree ring and the stone is deep green blue color with black marks on it. what is unique is the gold hallmarks. They are a 14k, looks like a chinese symbol, number 3 surrounded by a little small box, located on the outside band.

There is a mark inside not able to see it clearly. The ring was purchased at a church rummage sale 2 weeks ago never really looked at it closely until now.
