What do I have? Emeralds & Diamond 9ct Necklace

I bought this 9k pendant with a 9ct necklace, it's beautiful but I don't know if it is really worth anything. I was told it was natural Emeralds w/diamonds.

DESCRIPTION: Pendant, Emeralds, highlighted w/sparkling round cut brilliant Diamonds, set in 9ct white gold and mounted on a yellow gold Bayle,w/ 9ct yellow gold chain.
Centre with tear drop cut Emerald,
(4.5mm by 3.5mm),surrounded by
8 individually set round cut sparkling Diamond's
and a tear drop arrangement of 12 (2mm) Emeralds.
The size of piece measures 15mm in length and 12mm wide, hallmarked, including the gold mark "375", the 38cms burnished gold chain is gold marked "9K". Great condition.
