You will see the Birmingham date letter chart in the right hand corner of that page. Click on the link on the page that you reach from the above link and compare the shape of the letter N with the one on the ring. (be CAREFUL to also match the shape of the punch mark behind the letter. ie. square, oval. not just the style of the letter itself). Let me know the date you get and I'll research the maker HS this end if you can't find the maker in the Birmingham Makers Menu listed in alphabetical order at the the above mentioned link.
