more information is requested however what we can tell you is the Birmingham assay mark is an anchor.
we can also inform you that the item was made prior to 1975 which was the year, the decimal point was dropped off the numerical mark. .375 is the equivalent to 9ct gold.

Some of the marks you describe on the watch case could be a registry mark. We need to see a photo of the marks to be able to provide any further information. You can upload a photo in a follow-up submission if you wish.
