Cameo ring

Hiya my name's Jasmin an im wanting to know more about my cameo ring an its history.

Ive found out so far that its 9ct rose gold. But im not sure what the cameo is made of and what the markings inside the ring mean..?

- One of the marks made is a leaf - it could be a clover or an acorn leaf, what could this mean?

- the other is a circular swirl..!?
- an there's the letters E and F

The cameo is of a lady with her hair up, looks similar to a bust sculpture. And it's white on a brown/orange looking background.
