Filigree Saphire & Diamond Ring Mounted/set in 18crt Gold

I bought from a second hand shop the above ring. It is a band containg a saphire then two small diamonds one on top of the other, then a larger centre saphire, again two small diamonds set one on top of the other followed by a third smaller Saphire.

What I found interesting is that it was all mounted in gold, no platinum claws etc. The filigree runs along both sides of the band. The band seems to continue effortlessly up both sides, then splits into 3 claw like fingers on the top side to hold the two end sapphires, as well as continuing underside where work has been done to allow light through for the Saphires and diamonds.

The Saphires don't look to be ..... Put it this way it looks like everything was hand made or carved etc. The stones, the filigree. The ring is not overly huge but the bottom of the centre saphire almost makes it to the bottom of the band. The Saphires are a nice darkish blue, however one is a slightly different color blue.
There are hallmarks. They read in a rectangle SB & S LD then either a crown or house with peak then in a square 18 then in a rectangle an anchor, then in a square the letter 'C' as it looks here.
