How old and where did it come from?

I inherited some jewelry from my Great Aunt when she passed. While going though all of it I came across a pin.

I uploaded a few pictures of it. I know that this symbol means different things depending on the year in use. My great aunt recieved jewerly from her mother as well. My great aunt was born in 1913 ( just for some background info)

Is this something that she could have recieved before WW2? Any help would be great. I tried searching the internet but I can't find anything that even looks close to this. Thank you.
