If you're in a hurry Cornelia, you'll have to throw a sprat to catch a mackerel. You might consider completing the Paid Expert Opinion Form and ask the expert appraiser your Mikimoto Clasp question.

Thanks Abigail. I did send an email through the Mikimoto website, but have not rec'd any answer. I also tried a phone number for customer service but it always goes to ross simmons. They are nice but don't have the answers that I am looking for. Do you know a better phone number?
