Restitution for the families of the Passengers of the Titanic

Yes, recover it and sell it. Then give the money to the families of the poor, who were disproportionally locked in 3rd class to die without even the advantage of trying to save themselves. Luck didn't enter into it. Poverty tends to often have a generational component.
