Russian/Ukrainian mystery

I have an enamel pendant that my grandmother kept hidden while in a german work camp and then she came to the UK in 1947. The pendant looks like it's gold with the black enamel painting in the centre. It has a hallmark whick looks like a KJ with an arrow going though the centre of the writing. I am just interested to find out a bit more about it.
