What can you tell me about these earrings

I was told they were French...maybe art deco...what year do you think they are? I can't find any markings ...they appear to be resin...or maybe wood (black part) and resin (the green) I love them, but don't wear clip-ons and they are just sitting in my jewelry box. Do you think they have any value?
