18 inch real pearl necklace, purchased by mother in Japan 1963

Mother left me her pearl necklace. Due to my health, I'm 59 yrs. must sell but not sure what to ask for it?
Also, have a jade turtle pin, 1 jade earring & 2 loose diamonds, one about 1 Karat and one about 2-3 karats.
Cancer is expensive, forced to sell these even though it breaks my heart.
