Age of Garnet Ring

Hello!

I was given a beautiful 3 stone garnet ring as a gift. I was told that it is sterling silver and it was purchased from an antique shop. The stone features one larger garnet surrounded by two smaller garnets, each is held in a four prong setting. The stones are surrounded by a type of fleur-de-lis pattern with small hematite(?) stones that sparkle brilliantly. If you could tell me the age or origin of this ring that would be wonderful.
