Very cute ring! The value would depend on the materials in which it is made. You can see there is a marking on the inside of the ring, but I'm not able to make it out by the pictures. I also cannot tell if it's copper or gold. Gold would certainly make it more valuable then if it is copper.
If it is marked with a purity marking, the higher the karat the better, for example, 24k would be worth more then 10k, it could be valued as is or for the weight of the gold.
