Any Information On Cameo Set In Gold-work With Sapphires?

Am asking for help to identify the age of my cameo.
It is in gold with open fretwork around the cameo ...it
Also has 3 sapphires bezel set n this fretwork.

The woman's nose and style suggest roman style image. no flowers.

The chain is a triple rolo and is not removeable.
