Safety Pin Designer Coro Costume

Hi Anne
Forgive me if Im wrong, but your piece looks a bit like a jewel embellished safety pin? Is there any connection, with the humble safety pin, I wonder in fashion and jewelry? Kindest Regards

Adolph Katz
by: Anonymous

Coro's design director, Adolph Katz produced a range of styles that suited every budget. Coro Vintage costume jewellery included trembling brooches mounted on a spring that would shiver when the wearer walked. Higher end pieces were produced under the name of Corocraft. Hope this info helps. Cheers.
