Diamond ring with stamped numbers

I inherited a diamond ring from my grandmother in 1998. The story is that her grandfather made the ring for his wife when he married her. The ring is either white gold or platinum, I believe platinum. It is an oval shaped ring with 35 diamonds, the three largest on top surrounded by 32 smaller diamonds. My main question is what do the stamps on the inside mean, one stamp is 433 and the other is 200. Can you help me? Also my grandmother was Native of Germany.
