can you describe the mark on your earrings? A pic would be even better! It is easy to upload an image in a follow-up submission.
If the mark is too small to capture on camera, (maybe it's worn away) then draw a picture of the mark in dark pencil on white paper and photograph your drawing of the mark and upload.
