It might come as a surprise but there is a substantial amount of christian religious jewelry like the cross made in Egypt, primarily for the Coptic christians who live in Egypt. Korans, etc for the Muslims and the Cross for the Christians.
The last symbol from bottom reads 900 in Arabic The one up is the Lotus - the mark for Silver Unfortunately can not make out the first symbol in the series of three.
