Euro 18K Men's Watch

I have inherited a 18K(750) solid gold watch. Face is round, what looks like a champagne pearlized dial, a chain-like band made up of hexagon shapes, no space between. There is a 750 symbol on the clasp, and a 5680 stamp on back of watch.
Trying to find out what country it originated from and maybe date these were made. The Mfg. is FEODAL GENEVE (accent on 2nd E) like maybe France? Can you help?
