From what collection is this WEISS Rhinestone necklace?

I have had this WEISS necklace in a box for many years. My mother-in-law passed away in 1980 and she had this piece among her collection of costume jewelry. I would like to know it's value and if it is part of a particular collection, such as the Wedding or Gatsby collection. I don't know anything about this jewelry but plan to sell it on eBay and want to get an idea of what it might be worth before I list it.
