Full figure cameo ring

Hi,

Several years ago I inherited a cameo ring from my husband's grandmother. I have no idea when she acquired it, but I do know she collected higher-value jewelry in her later years.

The ring is silver in color, stamped 14k (but untested), and has a thin twisted wire border in a more "goldish" or brassy color surrounding the bezel. The cameo itself is a salmon pink background with a full figure of a woman walking carved in white. She is carrying a cornucopia in her right arm and what might be flowers or fruit in her extended left hand. I can't see any markings on the back of the cameo.

I would really appreciate any information you might be able to give me about this!
