Not British Hallmarks
by: Valerie Hammond

What you are asking us for is not who the maker or goldsmith of this cap and stick is but who bought it and who received it.
It was presented to AEV by D of H.
Had it been marked Manufactured by D of H for AEV we could try to find that information from one of the many data bases for goldsmiths around the world .
The numbers are inventory and batch numbers, they do not give us any reference to the maker .
Those numbers are not British Assay marks .
As it is, there is really no way to identify either of the parties who initials are on this walking stick.

I have checked all of my own resources and there is no mention of any initials that match these .
