Info on Cameo marked 10k

I found this cameo and would like to know how old or not it is, is it Victorian? any and all info would be appreciated. I believe it is shell, it is cold to the touch, you can see threw it, and it has a very big curve on the backside. I looked at it with a jewelers loop and it says 10 k on clasp
