your piece sounds lovely, but without an image of the signature mark of the maker, or even a description of the letters and surround (if any) one can only guess. There was no image uploaded of the ring. so without even the benefit of an image, we don't even know whether the ring is modern, 20th century or antique. Unless one is a physic, one has no idea if the stones are synthetics, natural gemstones or stimulants, the latter are manmade stones that reflect the exterior of the stone it was made to imitate.
