What is the item?

I was given my great aunt's ring which is 14 k gold with a L&J stamp. The ring itself is a filigree style band with a red stone on the bottom and then a diamond stone,, a green stone and 2 more diamond stones all the same stemmng from the red stone
Can you please provide all background information?
