Maker's Hallmark for an Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Broach

I just bought an art deco type broach. White gold with diamonds and sapphires.
It is marked 14kt with an additional hallmark of an arrowhead. These are on the clasp of the broach. Anyone have any ideas as to the maker? US I'm assuming. Thanks.
