O Jeweler STAMP

What Jeweler uses/used the stamp "O" in their rings? I've received an antique looking ring with a flower pattern. The main center flower has what looks like a 1/2 caret diamond with 1/4 caret diamonds on petals to the sides. The only marking is an O on the inside of the band.
