Old Mason Box small medal gold box embossed in center two diamond chips one ruby chip 40 yrs

I have a old Gold Medal engraved on it is Mason Box Company in the middle is a embossed box around is two diamond chips one red stone chip. Also engraved is 40yrs it has to late 1800 to early 1900s My Mother in-laws father worked for the company. I would like to know it's worth and any information. Thank You Caroline
