I cannot make out the makers mark by the pictures you posted. If you can use the "macro" setting on your camera it will help a lot with clarity when taking close-ups of jewelry markings. Watch fobs are highly collectible and often made out of gold.

Numbers often indicate metal purity and letters/initials may indicate the maker.
