Rosa's Cameo Bracelet

I have this bracelet that my father gave to me that probably either belonged to my grandmother or my great-grandmother. I am looking any history on this bracelet and haven't had any luck finding it. All cameos are intact, all stones are intact and sparkle still, the bracelet itself is gold in color but can't determine the metal. Please help!
