Two Arrows pointing Hallmark question

Hello,

I bought a neat gold colored ring today marked with two arrows, one pointing left, and one pointing right. One is much thicker than the other. Between the two, but not touching, is something that looks a little bit like a crown, or an elongated PacMan ghost.

My guess is the ring is either Victoria or Art Nouveau. It has a filigree look overlain on mesh looking background. There is one tiny stone - no idea if it's marcasite or glass or what.

Any tips appreciated! I'll try to take some photos tomorrow.
