Unusual Shell Cameo

Hello, I have an unusual cameo. Can you help me date it and also identify what this scene depicts? It is set into a very crude gold looking setting with a pin on the back. Looks to be shell. Definitely concave. I do not see a signature. Thanks for any help you can provide! Lisa
