Can you tell me if this ring is really vintage and does it have any value other than my infatuation with it? :)

Very good condition with minor wear.
Approx. 1 1/4" long Size 8 Weighs 9.4 grams

I admit I don't know much about Vintage jewelry and have no idea what "repousse" means. I purchase vintage jewelry that has a design that's I really like.
