What company possibly made these two items?

Within the years I was given many items (jewelry, dishes, pictures, ect.) from older people. I'm looking into 2 pieces of jewelry, but not seeing too much. One is a gold (man possibly grecian) red/bownish cameo ring with nothing on the inside other than "Pa to Jennie". I read no markings on the inside makes it an older ring.

The other item is an old oval pin with a bow (and two jewels hanging from the bow) in the lower right corner.

They seem to be emeralds and diamonds. On the back is marked “STER” in a symbol of a fish. I can send pictures later if needed. Thank you
