What does W.C&S and the letter K mean?

It is a gold ring handed down to me from my grandmother when she passed away.

It is a yellow gold and has these few marking on the inside:

1. W.C&S
2. a small symbol I can't make out
3. 22
4. another small symbol I can't make out
5. and the letter K

I have the understanding it was my great grandmother's wedding band.
