Where Is Unusual Antique Copper or Bronze Pendant From?

This antique copper (could also be bronze) pendant on a kind of Jasseron chain seems very interesting to me.

The red copper pendant is 5 cm (almost 2") and the chain is 70 cm (27.5") long and the weigth of the pendant is 15 gr. Both of red copper and there are initials which are the letters of the Months (in Dutch language) and below that the 12 pictures of constellations as on the pendant itself and also the Roman figures: 1 till 12 (I till XII)(see photo 3).

On the top is the figure of a winged dragon with a long tail and the part is able to rotate. Below the dragon are, I think, the initial of the maker which I read as AL:
But what kind of this pendant this is and how old ? I really have no idea, who has ?

Please tell me more if you can.
