18 carat pendant

I was just wondering if you knew what the story was behind the pendant that I have. It was my Grandparents who used to travel all over outside the U.S. I do know that it is 18 carats but that is about the extent of it. The picture is kind of blurry because I had to use my phone to take a picture but I think you get the idea of what it looks like. On the other side is a picture of a bull, I would say more like a longhorn and its just the head.
