I don't know anything about my Cameo Pendant

Hello, I have a cameo that was given to me and I know nothing about it. It is cold to the touch and does not melt with a hot needle. When looking at it inside it appears to be of an Ivory color, but when you hold it up to the light it has a pink/coral hue. It's beautiful.

Any information would be appreciated.
