My Grandma's Pendant from Germany

Hello. My grandma's pendant was brought from Göppingen Germany during the Nazi occupation. I believe this Pendant was hers or her mother's pendant. It looks hand made and of low quality Silver. It has a stamp of 835 on the clasp and is stamped 835WN on reverse.

Can u I'D the sparkler things too? Not sure what they are. The necklace itself is mine. Any help would be appreciated. My gma passed on in 2006 & I recently was given this from her possessions. Thank you - Sherry
