The maker of the Bracelet is a German manufacturer with same initials and likely the same maker of your antique necklace pendant - ERNST GIDEON BEK, Inc.
I'm not sure about the number 756 on the reverse of the pendant as 750 is the universal hallmark for 18 carat gold. In 1854, 15, 12 and 9 were introduced to the established standards of 22 & 18 cts.
What's interesting is that the National Gold Mark for Germany which is a crown in a circle from 1884 to date, is SELF-APPLIED by the manufacturer to designate gold items with minimum 585 (European 14ct) - also was permitted for use a low gold standard marked 333, or occasionally stamped 8kt.
Meaning it was the manufaturer in Germany not the assay office, who applied the National Gold Mark.
